Due to the forecast for severe thundershowers all weekend, we have had to make changes in venues for some of our events.

Saturday evening’s Rose & Gray Cocktails and Dinner for the Classes of 1968, 1963, & 1958 will be held in Cardinal Hall, not in Main Building.

Saturday evening’s Gala on the Green for the Classes of 2008, 2003, 1998, 1993, 1988, 1983, 1978, & 1973 will be held in Main Building, not on Connelly Green.
All other events will be held in their scheduled locations.
The Alumni Office is excited to welcome you back to campus this June to celebrate your Class Reunion! We cannot wait for you and your classmates to experience all the wonderful enhancements and new spaces on campus.

If you are staying on campus, please check in at the Registration table located in the lobby of Connelly Hall. There you will receive all the information you’ll need for Reunion Weekend. Coffee, light snacks, and water will be available.

Current Rosemont students will lead the Campus Tour, which will include stops in the residence halls, and newly renovated Cardinal Dining Hall and the new Raven’s Athletic Complex, as well as information on Rosemont’s future Community Center. The tour is also offered at 2:00 p.m.

Join President Sharon Latchaw Hirsh, Ph.D. ’70 to learn more about Rosemont’s current students, campus initiatives, and upcoming capital projects. Then, the Rosemont College Alumni Association will hold its annual meeting which will include the presentation of the 2018 Alumni Awards.

Reconnect with your classmates over lunch with President Hirsh and members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Seating will be designated by class year. Awards will be presented to the Reunion classes with the largest class gift total and highest participation percentage.

Campus Tour

All are invited to attend a lecture by President Hirsh, an internationally recognized scholar of 19th century art in Western Europe.

Reading and Cocktail Reception for Alumni of MFA, Publishing, and English Graduate Programs

All are invited to a reception honoring graduate alumni of the English and Publishing program. A formal reading of works by these alumni will take place, followed by wine and cheese.

Alumnae Artists Exhibit Opening

Join Patricia Nugent, Associate Professor of Studio Art and Director of Lawrence Gallery, for the opening of our annual Alumnae Artists exhibit, which will feature works from members of this year’s Reunion classes. Wine and cheese will be served

Gala on the Green

Don’t miss cocktails, a dinner buffet, and the always popular DJ and dancing under the tent at Gala on the Green! Class photos will be taken between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. A cash bar will be available.

Reunion Weekend Hospitality Booth
When you arrive on campus, visit the Hospitality Booth in Connelly Hall to sign in and receive your personalized Reunion Weekend schedule, nametag, class ribbon, and housing information if you are staying on campus. Assistance will be available throughout the weekend at the Hospitality Booth during these hours:
Friday: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
On Campus Accommodations: Connelly Hall
On campus housing is available for $85 per night, per person (includes towels, sheets, and blanket). Complimentary breakfast items will be available Saturday and Sunday morning. Space is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  To reserve a room, please email or call the Alumni Office at 610.527.0200 ext. 2808.
Off Campus Accommodations
The Alumni Office has reserved blocks of rooms at special discounted rates for Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2. Please be sure to mention Rosemont to receive the special rate. Please be sure to book your room by the first week of May.

Rosemont College Bookstore Hours
Visit the Rosemont College Bookstore in the lower level of Alumnae Hall for the latest Rosemont apparel and gifts, as well as snacks and toiletry items. The Bookstore will be open Saturday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All Reunion activities are held in buildings that are ADA accessible or have chair lifts, with the exception of Lawrence and Kaul Halls. A golf cart will be available throughout the weekend to transport guests who have difficulty walking. If you have questions about accessibility or require special assistance, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations (610.527.0200 ext. 2808 or by Friday, May 23.
Registration Fee –
$20 if registered by May 15, $25 after that date.
Rosemont strives to make Reunion Weekend affordable and accessible for all participants. The registration fee partially subsidizes general costs including tent and golf cart rental, linens, refreshments for non-ticketed events, and facilities and public safety staffing. This registration fee, along with other fees you may pay to attend specific events, helps the College partially offset the overall cost of Reunion Weekend.
