    Program Director

    E. Jay Kolick was welcomed into the Rosemont College family in 2013 as an adjunct professor and became the Director of the Criminal Justice program in October 2014. He's worked in the Public Safety field since 1995, and the Criminal Justice System since 1999.

Under his leadership the Criminal Justice program has expanded to include course offerings in an online format, and at the Philadelphia Police Academy to create a student centered learning environment for non-traditional learners returning back to college to complete their undergraduate degree.

Additionally, he created a strategic academic partnership with the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense & Security’s University Agency Partnership Initiative to develop a Master of Arts in Homeland Security & Emergency Management at Rosemont.

Professor Kolick strives to ensure the Rosemont Criminal Justice Program is a multidisciplinary curriculum that produces professional practitioners dedicated to being “Agents of Change” in the Criminal Justice System.
