Craig Loundas, PhD

Craig J. Loundas is the Associate Director of Organizational Development for the University of Pennsylvania Health System; he's also worked in corporate training and development for Sunoco Marketing.

Previously, he worked in student affairs at Widener University, where he served as the Dean and Associate Dean of Students. He's delivered a variety of training programs as a consultant in the areas of staff and organizational development, motivation, team effectiveness, and managing performance.
