Global Studies Program
Graduate and Adult Professional Studies Global Programs
Our yearly Global Studies program gives you the once-in-a-lifetime experience to explore subjects from your degree program through another country's perspective. Immerse yourself in the culture and history of another country while earning credit towards your bachelor's or master's degrees. Engage in site visits, lectures, historical and cultural events, and free-time activities that will expose you to extraordinary new academic, personal, and professional perspectives.
Rosemont's yearly 12-day (includes departing overnight flight), 10-night Global Studies programs allow you to integrate the intricacies of an ever-changing global environment into your academic program.
Study abroad locations have included:, Italy, Ireland, England, and Scotland.
Global Study Topics
Cultivate an appreciation of global issues within the context of a course in an SGPS Graduate and Professional Studies Degree Program. Global Study topics surround current business, leadership, criminal justice, homeland security, and healthcare administration issues.
Perhaps you've already done a study abroad semester at a previous college. Or perhaps, you were unable to participate in one due to a heavy course load or personal obligations. Regardless, our graduate and adult professional students are strongly encouraged to reap the transformative effects of a Global Studies experience.
We integrate both graduate and undergraduate students in a positive classroom setting, providing visiting lecturers, offering opportunities for institutional visits and cultural events, as well as free-time to explore other areas beyond the host city and study facility.
