Location and Parking

Unless otherwise noted, all Forum courses take place in the Kaul Forum Classroom located in the lower level of Kaul Hall on the Rosemont College campus. For additional info about how to find the classroom, or for directions, refer to the campus map. Parking for the Kaul Forum Classroom is located directly behind Kaul Hall.

Withdraws and Cancellations

To withdraw from a course, please notify the Office of College Relations in writing. Depending on when we receive your notification, we may be able to provide a refund.

Course Refund Policy:

  • Advance Notice
  • Two weeks or more: Full course refund
  • Less than 2 weeks but more than 10 days: Course cost minus 10% administrative fee
  • Less than 10 days but more than 24 hours: Course cost minus 20% of administrative fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Non refundable

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made for courses missed due to illness, personal emergencies, or other events beyond our control. If you must withdraw from a course after it has started, you will receive credit to be used for a future course of equal or lesser value provided you notify us in writing by the second week of class. To use your credit, please notify the Office of College Relations in writing.

Course Cancellations

Rosemont College reserves the right to cancel any course if the minimum enrollment is not reached. A full refund will be made in that instance.

Cancellations Regarding Weather

In the case of inclement weather, notice of any cancellations regarding Forum classes will be given no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled event. This information will be accessible on the Forum page or by calling the Office of College Relations at 610-527-0200, extension 3102 and listening to the recorded greeting.

An email will be sent to everyone enrolled in the cancelled class who has submitted their email address with their registration. The Office of College Relations will work with the instructor of the cancelled class to schedule a make-up class.
