Alternative Education and Service Format: When necessary to protect the health and safety of students, faculty and staff, as determined by Rosemont College in its sole discretion, the College reserves the right to alter (a) the academic schedule, location and modality of instructional and learning activities, and academic terms and requirements (including content and grading) of undergraduate and graduate programs and instruction; and (b) the schedule, location, availability and format of services, activities, and experiences offered to students.  Students shall not be entitled to refunds or offsets of tuition, fees, or other costs of attendance where the College exercises such discretion, except to the extent permitted by the College’s refund policies.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present, including Rosemont College’s campus. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  Rosemont College has taken multiple actions to safeguard the health and wellbeing of those on campus (these mitigation protocols and actions may be viewed at:; students, faculty, staff and visitors voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 while on campus.

Students, faculty, staff, and visitors of Rosemont College agree to  follow all guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ( and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (, as well as instructions posted on campus, available on-line at, and otherwise provided by Rosemont College, as that guidance and those instructions may change. Campus regulations may be more restrictive than those of either the CDC or the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
