Faculty Development Programs help our faculty to integrate ethics with teaching and research in their disciplinary specialties.

The Ethics and Leadership Minor Program  is designed to provide students with a strong foundation for reasoned moral decision-making and effective, values-based leadership.

The Annual Ethics Essay Contest provides students with the opportunity to compete for a cash prize by producing a thoughtful essay on an issue with ethical implications.

The Monthly EQ provides students with the opportunity to test their “ethics quotient” by responding to a case scenario with ethical implications.

Guest Speakers address a variety of ethics and leadership issues to the campus and local communities.

Symposiums highlight specific ethics and leadership themes through presentations, workshops, and panel discussions.

Ethos is an annual publication that provides a synopsis of Institute activities and includes contributions by event participants, Institute staff, faculty, and students.

The Institute Research Collection provides support for faculty and student research in the areas of ethics, leadership, and social responsibility. The collection is housed in the Gertrude Kistler Memorial Library, which also maintains an online research guide.
