Andrea joined the Rosemont Human Resources team on February 28, 2022. Andrea’s background offers a unique blend of HR competencies, which includes payroll,
training and development, policies and procedures, benefits, employee relations, site
and safety, and HR compliance. Andrea comes to Rosemont from Boscov’s Department Stores,
where she was an HR and Training Manager for the Exton, Media, and Plymouth Meeting
locations.
“What drew me to Rosemont was the fact that great things come in small packages. I instantly felt welcomed by the staff. Driving home on my first day I thought I am finally where I am supposed to be.”
Andrea has a BA in Sociology and Minor in History from West Chester University (WCU). With over 12 years in Human Resources, Andrea uses her talents to effectively train, develop, and prepare employees for success.
While at WCU, she was active with the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band and Kappa
Kappa Psi, honorary music fraternity. In her free time, Andrea is a consultant with
Park Lane Jewelry which promotes fundraising opportunities for nonprofit organizations. Andrea
is a die-hard Phillies fan and enjoys home décor projects.
