Major Requirements for a B. A. in Women's Studies:
The major requires 44 credits in the discipline (11 courses): 12 required and 32 from offerings in the Women's Studies Department and from interdisciplinary courses cross-listed with Women's Studies
The following courses are required:
- WST-0100 Introduction to Women's Studies
- WST-0200 Theories and Pedagogies
- WST 0400 Women's Studies: Integrating Seminar in which students will integrate their knowledge by means of a thesis.
Requirements for a Minor in Women's Studies:
The minor requires 20 credits in the discipline (5 courses)
The following courses are required:
- WST-0100 Introduction to Women's Studies
- WST-0200 Theories and Pedagogies
Additional courses are chosen in consultation with the program coordinator from the Women's Studies offerings or from interdisciplinary courses cross-listed with Women's Studies.
