Rosemont College students studying abroad should meet with their academic advisor(s) as well as with the Coordinator of Experiential Learning. Students are required to fill out the Application to Study Abroad below. You can fill this form out on line and print it out. Be sure to indicate the semester or academic year program that you are planning to attend and to fill out the section on page 2 with all of the courses that you have taken so far, are planning to take while abroad and that you plan to take when you return. This is in order to insure that you make adequate academic progress in order to graduate on time. You must have this form signed by both your Academic Advisor and the Coordinator of Experiential Learning.

Students must also sign the Study Abroad waiver and submit this to the Coordinator of Experiential Learning, room 108 Brown Science Building, before their departure. This is a pdf file and can be downloaded and printed. It cannot be filled out on line. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver as well.

If you live on campus, you should fill out the housing cancellation form available below. The completed form can be submitted to the Director of Residence Life in Lawrence Hall.
