The mission of the Organization of African-American Students (OAAS) is to support the African American student in his/her transition to Rosemont College by providing fellowship and establishing educational opportunities for cultural understanding that will contribute to a healthy and unified community at Rosemont. OAAS exists to promote awareness of the African American culture, and works and to embrace all cultures through education, fellowship, and community service. As a campus group OAAS strives to promote a more integrated community of students.
