Brig Bowe is Director of Accelerated Undergraduate Business
Programs. Francis “Brig” Bowe holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Villanova as well as certification as a Leader of Managers from the Wharton School. Brig has higher education experience teaching finance, economics, MIS, and organizational development courses in multiple delivery formats. He came to Rosemont most recently from Cabrini College where he served as the managing supervisor of the master’s degree in Organization Leadership. Brig had a lead role in the creation and management of Cabrini’s annual Women’s Leadership Conference and the development of ongoing series of Leader Lectures. He began his career after his undergraduate studies as an entrepreneur running a small contract painting business for seven years and prior to Cabrini he was a senior portfolio Manager at Unisys Corporation where he managed a global portfolio of over $100M of annualized revenues.
Marie C. Bynum
has facilitated graduate and undergraduate classes for Rosemont College
for the last ten years. She has taught a wide variety of classes
including finance, management, technology and ethics courses. Marie
developed an international course for the College and was a member of
the Academic Affairs Committee for a number of years. Marie holds a
Masters in Business Administration from Temple University. She worked
in the banking and corporate finance environment for twenty years prior
to teaching at Rosemont. Early in her career Marie taught a five day
foreign exchange workshop to key Bank of America customers. She also
worked in the Bank’s foreign exchange trading room. Marie was then
responsible for the development, marketing and administration of a two
bond programs which totaled $92.5 million. As a next step, Marie was
promoted to a Vice President position at First National of Maryland and
traveled to Europe frequently to manage major bank relationships.
Finally, she managed bank relationships and acted as a senior Treasury
Consultant for CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia.
earned his Master of Business Administration from Rosemont College, and
his undergraduate degree from Eastern University. Mr. Dawkins is a
Corporate Training Instructor with Southeastern Pennsylvania
Transportation Authority where he develops Customer Service Training
programs for frontline employees, and Leadership programs for managers.
Michael serves on the Board of the North Philadelphia Adventist
community organization where he advocates for disadvantaged youth and
Michael is a life long learner, and is in the process of enrolling with
Wilmington University to pursue a Doctor of Business Administration.
This program is designed to facilitate the continuing development of the
core skills and knowledge of experienced business professionals and
Jeanine R. Kingeter, PHR earned a Bachelor of
Science degree summa cum laude and Master of Science degree, both in
Management, from Rosemont College. As an undergraduate Jeanine received
the Ethics Award for her work in the study of business ethics.
Professionally, Jeanine owns and operates a human resources and
business consulting firm, providing a wide range of services for small
to mid-size firms. She teaches a variety of courses in the business
curriculum at two local colleges. Ms. Kingeter is a member of World at
World and the Society of Human Resources Management where she is a
volunteer leader and board member at her local chapter. Most recently,
she is a founding board member of SpecialKids SpecialCare, an
organization which supports the unique challenges of special needs
children and young adults.
earned a Master of Education degree in Adult and Organizational
Development from Temple University. She received her Bachelor of
Science degree in Individual and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania
State University. Ms. Nazzario also holds a Senior Professional Human
Toni is currently the Director of Human Resources for a non profit
organization in Center City Philadelphia. She acts as a consultant to
management and as a generalist with responsibility for hiring, training,
benefits, compensation, legal compliance, labor relations and
negotiation of union contract. Toni is a member of the Society for
Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Penjerdel Employee Benefits and
Compensation Association (PEBA).
Toni, former board chair, now a member of the Advisory Board and and is
active volunteer for The Career Wardrobe. One of the many roles for
which she volunteers is as a facilitator of workshops on a variety of
Leo Stenson is an experienced internal
audit director with over 30 years as an internal audit practitioner. He
is a graduate of LaSalle University and has an MBA from Widener
University. He has had responsibility for the internal audit function
and management of the professional staff of a billion dollar financial
institution, where he developed a risk based audit model, executed
effective annual internal audits and served as a go to source for
management and audit committee concerns. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Leo has been on the adjunct
faculty at Rosemont since 1996 where he teaches accounting and finance
at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He is a member of the
Institute of Internal Auditors, where he has held various leadership
positions at the local, national and international levels and is a
member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
