Academic Honors Day

April

Academic Honors Day highlights the achievements of Rosemont students and faculty during the academic year. Undergraduate, graduate, and professional students who have been elected to honor societies and “Who’s Who” are formally recognized. The highest award given by the College, the Presidential Medal, is also presented to one student from each school.

This ceremony honors students who have been named to:

  • Kistler Honor Society
  • Delta Epsilon Sigma
  • Phi Sigma Iota
  • Arts & Culture Society Bourse
  • Rosemont Honors Society
  • Who’s Who Among American Students in Colleges and Universities
Also honored will be the students receiving the Outstanding Junior Award and the Presidential Medal.
This ceremony honors students who have been named to:

  • Alpha Sigma Lambda
  • Outstanding Achievement at the Graduate Level
  • Who’s Who Among American Graduate Students in Colleges and Universities
Also honored will be the students receiving the Outstanding Achievement at the Graduate Level Award, and the Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies Presidential Medal.

In addition, the Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies will recognize faculty for:

  • Years of Service
  • Undergraduate Faculty of the Year Award
  • Distinguished Teaching at the Graduate Level
