Mendrinos Appointed to Vice President of Enrollment Management at Rosemont

September 6, 2017 – Rosemont, PA – After a thorough search process, Rosemont College is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Niki Mendrinos as Vice President of Enrollment Management. Since mid-July, Mendrinos has been at the helm of the College’s undergraduate admissions and recruitment efforts.

“Rosemont and the people I have met so far are truly invested in the mission of this institution,” Mendrinos said. “I’m most excited to educate prospective students and parents about the impact a Rosemont degree can make. I hope to make certain our name and value is well-known,” she added.

mendrinosPrior to Rosemont, Mendrinos spent over 15 years at Temple University, starting as an Admissions Counselor and eventually concluding her time in North Philadelphia as the Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions.

Most recently at Temple, Mendrinos was responsible for the marketing, branding, and recruitment initiatives for prospective students. She managed all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the undergraduate admissions welcome center, which saw over 40,000 prospective students each year. Lastly, Mendrinos planned, implemented, and executed all aspects of campus visit programs, including weekday visits, Saturday programs, open houses, and events for accepted students.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Mendrinos designed, developed, and taught a graduate-level course on strategic enrollment management through the College of Education at Temple University. She was also the recipient of the “Foot Award,” a peer-recognition leadership award from the Collegiate Visitor and Service Association. Mendrinos spent two years (2006-08) as Corporate Board President of the PA East Chapter of the Hugh O’Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Seminar.

Mendrinos holds her Ed. D in Educational Leadership and Higher Education Administration from Temple University. She holds a Master’s in Education from Temple and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Pace University.
