In connection with the College's sponsorship of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce's "Leadership Main Line," an intensive six-month curriculum that involves participants in learning experiences designed to enhance the infrastructure of the Main Line, the director is serving on the program steering committee, which meets once a month. It is hoped that this relationship will be of benefit to both the MLCC and to the College, and that it facilitates additional relationships between the Institute and members of the local business community.
An Institute research collection, housed in the Gertrude Kistler Memorial Library, has been established in order to support faculty and student research. The collection, available to all members of the campus community, currently consists of over 200 book and DVD titles in areas including ethical theory, applied/professional ethics, business ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, social justice, leadership ethics and theory, religious ethics, and sustainability. The library also maintains an online research guide.
