Rosemont College is pleased to have been recently recognized in several national publications. Rosemont was named among the Best Regional Universities (North) in the 2012 edition of the U.S. News & World Report college rankings, released this month. Falling within the top 75 institutions on this list, Rosemont advanced three places compared to the previous year and was highlighted as the seventh Best Value School for its region.
Rosemont was also again named to The Princeton Review’s Best Northeastern Colleges and Washington Monthly magazine’s top 100 master’s universities list for 2011. The annual Washington Monthly guide ranks postsecondary institutions based on the categories of service, research, and social mobility. This year, Rosemont’s graduation rate was third-best among master’s universities.
In addition, Rosemont was recognized as a College of Distinction for 2012. This is the fourth consecutive year Rosemont appeared on this list, which gauges institutions by the factors of engaged students, great teaching, vibrant communities, and successful outcomes.
