  • Recylcemania Has Kicked Off at Rosemont

    Posted February 2, 2015

Rosemont College is once again participating in this year's Recylemania challenge, which has kicked off and ends March 28. What can you do during this friendly competition among more than 300 schools including Villanova and Temple?

It's easy - make a point to recycle everywhere on campus. Rosemont has a "single stream" recycling method, which means you don't have to sort your papers from your cans or plastic. Look for a designated recycling bin in your residence hall or classroom. Can't find one? Contact our Facilities department (x2152), which is located in the lower level of Cardinal Hall.

  • Get Your Free Flu Shot at the Wellness Center

    Posted January 19, 2015

The flu has arrived in our area and can be especially concerning when students are in close proximity to each other such as in class and living together in residence halls. However, you can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding others who are sick (wear a face mask if you must be in close proximity), eating a healthy diet, and of course, getting a flu shot.

The Wellness Center located in St. Joseph's Hall is offering free flu shots to students between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No appointment needed. For more information call the Wellness Center at x2420.
