Help Spread Holiday Cheer
Posted December 5, 2012
The annual Epiphany Party is a celebration of the Three Kings that has been made possible by the Rosemont alumni community for many years. On Sunday, January 6th, students from the Providence Center, many of whom are without gifts at the holidays, visit campus for a day of cheer. They will enjoy a special lunch and activities, and receive gifts that have been donated.
This year, we will host 11 girls and 8 boys in grades K-3; and 2 girls and 3 boys in grades 4-5. If you would like to help support the Epiphany Party, the Alumni Office will be collecting gifts, art supplies, and financial contributions throughout the month of December. Suggested gifts include:
Grades K-3: action figures, building blocks, children’s books, coloring books, dolls, Play-Doh ®, plush animals, puzzles, toy trucks
Grades 4-5: arts and crafts, board games, books, doll strollers, drawing sets, little purses, model sets, play makeup, puzzles, sports equipment
Donations may be delivered to the Alumni Office on the third floor of Main Building by Friday, January 4, 2013. A collection box is also available in the vestibule of Immaculate Conception Chapel for anyone that would like to bring donations while Rosemont is closed for Christmas break (December 24 through January 1). Gifts may be donated wrapped or unwrapped.
