Convocation Featuring Cap and Gown
Posted August 29, 2011
Convocation, meant to signify the opening of the new academic year, is made even more symbolic at Rosemont with the addition of the Cap and Gown ceremony. New students wear academic gowns and are presented with their caps by Rosemont’s president to symbolize their entrance into the College community. This year, approximately 125 new students participated in the celebration and were welcomed into Rosemont’s community. Congratulations and welcome to all of our new students!
