Story of Duffy's Cut coming to Rosemont College

Rosemont College is pleased to announce "Duffy's Cut Revisited," an event featuring guest lecturer Dr. William E. Watson. The event will take place in the Rotwitt Theater at the McShain Performing Arts Center, on March 14, 2018, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a reception at 6:30 p.m.

Professor Erin Entrada Kelly Wins Prestigious Newbery Medal

Rosemont College is pleased to announce that Professor Erin Entrada Kelly's middle-grade novel Hello, Universe, a story about a diverse group of unlikely friends who form an alliance to take down a school bully after a prank gone wrong, has won the John Newbery Medal for the outstanding children's book of 2017.

Lawrence Gallery Presents Proximus, Opening January 18 at Rosemont College

Lawrence Gallery has announced the opening of Proximus, a two-person exhibit featuring recent works on canvas and paper by Philadelphia-based artists Ron Rumford and Jonathan Eckel, on display from January 18 through March 8, 2018. The gallery will host an opening reception on Thursday, January 18 from 4 to 7:00 p.m., with an informal artists' talk at 4:30.

Rosemont College Partners with Drexel University on 4+1 Biology and Nursing Double Degree Program

Rosemont College and Drexel University have announced the launch of a new 4+1 Biology and Nursing Double Degree program. This unique program, starting in spring of 2018, allows students to earn their BA in Biology at Rosemont College before entering the Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions’ Accelerated Career Entry (ACE) program to complete their BSN.
