Housing Selection Day: April 11, 2013

The Process

  • Do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  •  You must come with your potential roommate/suite mates (if applicable).
    • In some cases a student may not be able to attend Housing Selection Day. A proxy can be designated and must bring the form along with your email confirmation.
  • There will be floor plans available at Lawrence for you to review, and staff will be available to answer general questions.

Points to Remember

  • Anyone who does not participate in Housing Selection but does apply for housing will be assigned according to preferences filled out on the housing application.
  • All singles have an additional surcharge
  • Please be aware that some areas previously designated as female spaces, graduate spaces and/or undergraduate spaces may be reassigned to accommodate our growing male and graduate student population.
  • Remember: After you select a room there are no changes until Open Room Change during the fall semester!
  • All new resident students who are current Rosemont students must submit a $150 housing deposit prior to housing selection. You will not be able to participate in housing selection if you have not paid your deposit.
  • You will receive an official assignment notification via Rosemont email in the summer. Please keep the index card given to you with your room assignment on it.
