Meet Your Professor: Vic Cooper

"At Rosemont, the students and the facilitators all speak the same language!"

Victor Cooper, MA, MAR, CPP, Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies Instructor, is the Director of Facility and Stadium Security at Lincoln Financial Field and the NovaCare Complex for the Philadelphia Eagles and an Assistant Pastor at the True Light Fellowship Church. A life-long learner, Mr. Cooper has earned undergraduate degrees from Fresno City College, Geneva College, and Rosemont College. He also has a master of arts in religion from Westminster Theological Seminary. Prior to joining the Philadelphia Eagles, Mr. Cooper was a member of the New Jersey State Police and served as a State Trooper.

What attracted you to Rosemont as a student and now as a member of the faculty?

VC: As a student I was attracted by the adult learning structure. It was not only convenient, but the courses were very applicable to my current work situation. I felt that the students and the facilitators all spoke the same language. Our collective work experience was such an unbelievable tutor – not only guiding us through the issues, but eventually to the solutions, as well.
