All Rosemont College
undergraduate students are required to complete 120 credit-hours
to earn
their degree. Students are permitted to transfer up to 84
credits into the program, however, they must
take a minimum of 36 graded credit-hours in residence at Rosemont.
The program is designed to be
reading and writing intensive, with students submitting papers
on a regular basis. The Capstone will
be the final course taken by all undergraduate students. The
Capstone is a final overview of the degree, placing an emphasis
on new developments and trends in their respective field and
strengthening strategic management concepts.
