Cornelian Club
For more than thirty years the Cornelian Club has inspired the leadership necessary to assure Rosemont of a firm base of financial support each year. Today, the Cornelian Club generates approximately one third of unrestricted annual support to Rosemont. The continued support and growth of the Cornelian Club is critical to Rosemont's future. Join the Cornelian Club
President's Club: $25,000 and above
- The installation cost, or the annual maintenance cost of, a card swipe and security system for one residence hall.
- New desktop computers and printers campus-wide. Each year, Rosemont purchases an average of 10 new computers for faculty, and 15-25 new computers for staff.
Mother Ignatius Carroll Society: $15,000 to $24,999
- To run a series of 100 radio advertisements for admissions on KYW Newsradio.
- To print and mail 12,000 copies of the Rosemont Magazine to alumni, parents, students, and friends.
- Provide security cameras, or a generator for one building on campus.
Platinum Patron: $10,000 to 14,999
- One year of internet service for the staff, faculty, and students.
- Stipends for five faculty members to use for professional development including research, instruction, conference travel, and publications.
Mother Mary Lawrence Society: $7,500 to 9,999
- Three new LCD Projectors, used to project images from a computer or TV, to a screen at the front of a classroom.
- A portable fence for the Softball field.
Diamond Patron: $5,000 to $7,499
- To place advertisements for admissions in two standard weekly issues of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
- Microsoft Office computer software for the entire Rosemont College community.
Gold Patron: $2,500 to $4,999
- Educational computer software for the Graphics classroom.
- A new audio speaker system for the athletic department for announcements and commentating.
- Replacement or refurbishment of old doors in various buildings on campus.
Silver Patron: $1,500 to $2,499
- The monthly cost to fuel 10 campus vehicles.
- Six new tennis nets.
- Upgrade a faculty office with new paint, carpet, and window treatments.
Holy Child Society: $1,000 to $1,499
- The monthly heat or electric bill for one residence hall during the winter.
- Snow removal of one campus parking lot throughout the winter.
Kistler Family Club: $750 to $999
- A set of reference books for the Gertrude Kistler Memorial Library.
- A supply of educational CDs and DVDs for the Foreign Language department.
- For printing and mailing one issue of Family Connections newsletter to parents of the Undergraduate students.
Rose & Gray Club: $500 to $749
- One new desktop computer and printer. Each year, Rosemont purchases an average of 10 new computers for faculty, and 15-25 new computers for staff.
- Postage cost of mailing admissions brochures to high schools and prospective students.
- A one-month supply of copy paper for the campus.
Good Counsel Club: $250 to $499
- One classroom TV with DVD/VHS capability.
- Renew one or several annual periodical subscriptions. The Gertrude Kistler Memorial Library purchases or renews 511 periodical subscriptions a year.
- New goalie equipment for the Field Hockey team.
Sinnott Family Club: $100 to $249
- A new fax machine or printer.
- Annual plantings for one garden on campus.
- Staff a Public Safety officer on a night shift.
- Flowers or musicians for a special service in the Chapel.
Mayfield Club: $1 to $99
- One or several new books for the Library. Rosemont purchases about 1000 new books a year.
- Markers for classroom white boards.
- One case of tennis balls, or one dozen softball, lacrosse, or field hockey balls.
