Withdrawals and Cancellations
To withdraw from a course or excursion, please notify the Office of
Non-Credit Programs in writing. Depending on when we receive your
notification, we may be able to provide a refund.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made for courses missed due to illness,
personal emergencies, or other events beyond our control. If you must
withdraw from a course after it has started, you will receive credit to
be used for a future course of equal or lesser value provided that 1)
the course is more than three weeks long, and 2) you notify us in
writing by the second week of class. To use your credit, please notify
the Office of Non-Credit Programs in writing.

*Rosemont College reserves the right to cancel any course if
