Withdrawals and Cancellations
To withdraw from a course or excursion, please notify the Office of Non-Credit Programs in writing. Depending on when we receive notification, we may be able to provide a refund. If you must withdraw from a course after it has started, you will receive credit to be used for a future course of equal or lesser value. Rosemont College reserves the right to cancel any course or trip if the minimum enrollment is not reached. A full refund will be given in that instance.
Closings
When hazardous weather conditions such as snow prevail, the closing of the College will be announced through a voice message on Rosemont's main telephone number (610.527.0200), and an online message on the homepage of this website. Local radio and television stations also carry announcements of closings or delayed openings. The College's code is MONTGOMERY 342.
