Second Floor Projects

Naming opportunities are available for donors who choose to finish or furnish a room in Gracemere. Common rooms and student suites will be named for donors who provide funding to renovate the room or suite. An attractive plaque with the donor's name will hang outside the room, which will be referred to by the donor's name in all college promotional and recruitment materials. Donors who furnish a room will be recognized by a plaque that will be placed inside the room.

Student Suite A

220 sq. ft. | $25,000 to finish | $5,000 to furnish

Accommodates two students and includes a fireplace and athletic field-view.

Student Suite B

190 sq. ft. | $15,000 to finish | $3,000 to furnish

This "tucked-into-the-house-contour" suite accommodates one student and has a yard view.

Student Suite C

325 sq. ft. | $30,000 to finish | $5,000 to furnish

Accommodates two students and includes a turret alcove and sitting room.

Common Room

284 sq. ft. | $30,000 to finish | $10,000 to furnish

Common room with fireplace, a seating alcove and ample storage. Intended for study, honors seminars, house meetings and events.

Student Suite D

240 sq. ft. | $20,000 to finish | $5,000 to furnish

Accommodates two students and includes a garden view.

Student Suite E

254 sq. ft. | $25,000 to finish | $7,000 to furnish

A large suite that accommodates three students and includes an athletic field view.

Suitcase Room

70 sq. ft. | $10,000 to finish

Carry on a Rosemont College tradition! Finish this room, which is used to store students' suitcases.
