L.E.A.D. Program

Mission

The mission of the L.E.A.D. Leadership Program is to engage the students both in and outside of the classroom and give them a model to follow that will help to cultivate them into student leaders. By following the mission of Rosemont, the L.E.A.D. program will help each student to value:

  • trust in and reverence for the dignity of each person
  • diversity in human culture and experience
  • persistence and courage in the promoting justice with compassion

Purpose

This program will target the first-years and sophomores of the undergraduate college. Collaboration with other departments, faculty, current student leaders (juniors and seniors) and possibly other SEPCHE schools will help to develop a strong relationship between the students and the college as a whole.

The L.E.A.D. Leadership Program will engage student organizations, support fundraising ideas, community service requirements for organizations as well as advise students regarding event planning, college policy, and recruitment and retention of members.

L.E.A.D. strives to best advocate for and assist students in achieving academic and co-curricular success.
