He previously worked as a training coordinator for ConocoPhillips, and taught courses in the process technology certificate program at Delaware County Community College. A Rosemont alumnus, he earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management in 2000, and a master’s degree in training and development in 2003. He also holds a Society for Human Resource Management certificate from Villanova University.
