Two months after graduation and you’re still looking for a job. By now, you must have applied to at least fifty companies, but you have yet to get a response. No phone calls. No emails. Nothing. Desperate, you check and re-check your resume, searching for errors. The education section looks great, as does your summary of qualifications. As does your career profile. You have a killer cover letter attached to your resume, along with an immaculate writing sample and glowing recommendations. What’s missing? Why aren’t companies noticing you?

On Saturday, June 10th, a mixture of 29 SGPS graduate and undergraduate, Rosemont College traditional undergraduate, graduate and undergraduate IBC associates, as well as graduate and undergraduate University of the Sciences students came to the global study orientation seminar where they learned the ins and outs of experiential learning, travelling abroad, and the state of the U.S. Healthcare System. The students were given a lecture by Stephen Gambescia, Ph.D., M.Ed., MBA, MHum, MCHES which they were passionate about (U.S. Healthcare) and intrigued about studying Ireland’s Healthcare System abroad.

Select students from Rosemont College were recently honored at the annual Academic Honors Day on April 22, 2017. Starting at 10:30am for the Undergraduate College (UC), followed by the Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) at 2:00pm, students from all across campus were honored for their achievements in the classroom.
