| 25th - | Senior Supper Send-Off Event Are you a graduate of Rosemont's MA in Curriculum and Instruction program? If so, we invite you to attend the Senior Supper Send-Off Event for new seniors entering their first semester of student teaching. Come and share your tips and experience in the field of teaching! This is a graduate seminar that will meet on Mondays throughout the semester, so if you cannot attend on August 25th there will be more opportunities for you to share. | 27th - | Philadelphia Phillies vs New York Mets Citizens Bank Arena, Philadelphia 5:30pm Campus Van Departs, 7:05pm Game Begins Kick off your Labor Day Weekend with Rosemont College alumni and friends as the Fightin' Phils take on the New York Mets! Tickets are $30 per person and include third base seating (section 425), a fun night with classmates and friends, and a $10 concession stand credit for each guest to enjoy delicious ballpark cuisine. Guests can drive separately or ride to and from this event in a campus shuttle. This game is considered to be one of the top ballgames of the year by many online voters - so do not miss your opportunity to see this rivalry go bat to bat at Citizens Bank Park! | 13th - | Family Festival at Linvilla Orchards Linvilla Orchards 10:00am - 1:00pm Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces and/or nephews for a day full of fall time fun at Linvilla Orchards. Beginning at 10 a.m., guests can participate in a host of exclusive activities, including a hayride, pony rides, face painting, corn to feed the animals, pumpkinland and much more! In addition, guests are welcome to meander through the Johnny Appleseed Arts & Crafts Festival hosted that day and stop by the Farmers Market to pick up one of Linvilla's famous pies. At lunchtime, a private picnic area will be reserved for Rosemont guests to enjoy picnic-style food, sip tasty apple cider, and roast marshmallo ws over a campfire. In addition, all children receive a Linvilla Orchards coloring book to take home. Tickets are $20 per person.
