American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition.

Sunday, April 14th | 3:00 p.m.
National Constitution Center

Spend an afternoon exploring the current feature exhibition at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, and catching up with Rosemont friends and classmates! The Alumni Office is pleased to offer a special ticket price of $20.00 for an exclusive insider tour of American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition.

A museum expert will lead us back in time to an era of flappers and suffragists, bootleggers and temperance workers, and real-life legends like Al Capone and Carry Nation. Spanning from the dawn of the temperance movement, through the Roaring ’20s, to the unprecedented repeal of a constitutional amendment, this world-premiere exhibition brings the whole story of Prohibition vividly to life.

Displays include flapper dresses, original ratification copies of the 18th and 21st Amendments, a recreated speakeasy, films, music, photos, and more.
