Ellin has wide ranging professional experience in Human Resources as an Analyst, Manager, Executive and Entrepreneur. Since 1978 she has developed, communicated, consulted on, and implemented many successful, diverse compensation, training, recruiting, and outplacement projects and programs. Job Search, outplacement, and career services have been her specialty areas since 2000.
Ellin’s extensive background includes positions as a Consultant for The Wyatt Company, Corporate Compensation Manager for Teleflex, Inc., and President of Cavaliere and Associates, her own firm based in Montgomery County which she founded in 1984 to fulfill the human resource needs of small and mid size organizations.
