Rosemont College welcomes and encourages all military members and their families to apply for part-time and full-time admission to any of its schools.
Rosemont College is a participating institution in the Yellow Ribbon Program. The Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program (Yellow Ribbon Program) is a provision of the Post 9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. This program allows degree granting institutions of higher learning in the U.S. to voluntarily enter into an agreement with the VA to fund tuition expenses for eligible veterans. Details and eligibility guidelines for Post 9/11 benefits, including the Yellow Ribbon Program, can be found at
under Education Benefits. Funding under this program became available August 1, 2009.
Full-time active military personnel in the armed forces receive a 15% discount on the courses taken in the Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies.
Honorably discharged veterans receive a 25% discount on courses taken in the Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies.
After being accepted to Rosemont College, eligible military and veterans should contact the School Certifying Official (SCO), Mary Snell, Associate Registrar at 610.527.0200 x2307 or via email.
Active military members must also supply evidence of their eligibility.
Veterans must supply a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to SCO as soon as possible. Enrollment verification cannot be reported to the Veterans Administration until the COE is received. The COE can be scanned and emailed to Mary Snell or via U.S. Mail:
