Ellen Daly is a Senior Manager, Ethics and Business Conduct for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) business area.  In this role, Ellen is responsible for effectively implementing the Lockheed Martin Ethics and Business Conduct Program.   Ellen is based in Marlton, NJ and has responsibility for the Technical Services line of business.
Prior to her role at Missiles and Fire Control, Ellen was the Ethics and Business Conduct Director for Lockheed Martin, Electronic Systems, Global Training and Logistics (GTL). The business was composed of seven lines of businesses -- Technical Services, ID/IQ Solutions, Special Operations Forces - Contractor Logistics Support, Training and Engineering Services, Enterprise Logistics Solutions, F-35 Sustainment and Sim-Industries. GTL had over 10,000 employees working in 400 locations throughout the United States and in over 50 foreign countries supporting 2,600 programs.

Ellen joined the Ethics organization in January 2007 from the IS&GS Internal Audit Department. She was the Ethics Officer for the IS&GS Readiness & Stability Operations (RSO) business. Ellen implemented the ethics and business conduct program as part of the integration of PAE and Eagle Group during her tenure at RSO.

Ellen has extensive experience in the audit field and prior to her Ethics role was the Audit Manager for the Information Technology product line. She was instrumental in creating and enhancing documentation and testing plans to support Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Prior to Audit, Ellen held various positions in the Contract Compliance and Finance areas over her twenty year career with Lockheed Martin.

Ellen was born in Philadelphia, Pa. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pa. She has been a member of the Corporate Audit Council and has attended a number of Lockheed Martin leadership and management development programs.
