    Rosemont College Enters Into Partnership with Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

    Rosemont College students who aspire to pursue medicine as a career are one step closer to making their dream a reality, thanks to a new partnership agreement between Rosemont College and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).

    Rosemont College Reunion Weekend is June 6-8, 2014! Each year, Alumnae artists from participating reunion classes show off their work in an exhibit titled “Alumnae Artists: The Reunion Years.” This year’s exhibit will be on display from June 7 to August 28, 2014. The opening reception will be held Saturday, June 7 from 4:30-6:00 p.m.

  • Rosemont College wins Gold and Silver in the 29th Annual Educational Advertising Awards

    The Educational Advertising Awards, sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report, awarded Rosemont College a Gold and Silver award for two marketing campaigns. The Gold Award went to Rosemont’s “MFA Come Write” advertising campaign and the Silver was awarded for Rosemont’s “Ocean of Possibilities” poster.

  • Rosemont College Students Takeoff to Ghana, West Africa

    On Friday, May 16 Rosemont College students will leave campus and head for Ghana, West Africa to embark on a great adventure. These Rosemont students have spent their last semester studying about the life of Cornelia Connelly, the founder of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus (SHCJ), and the Society’s move into West Africa.

    The Rotwitt Theater of McShain Performing Arts Center Opens

    On Tuesday, April 29 Rosemont College held the dedication of The Rotwitt Theater of McShain Performing Arts Center celebrating the official opening of the 350-seat theater.

    Rosemont College received a $675K pledge from Jeffrey & Dianne Rotwitt for the renovation of the McShain Performing Arts Center. The auditorium was renamed "The Rotwitt Theater of McShain Performing Arts Center." The Rotwitt gift provided the funds to support key renovations including: new seats and lighting, a new sound system and projector equipment, an updated control room and acoustic panels, and more to provide an audience with a great experience.
