The Office of Human Resources of Rosemont College serves as a resource for all employees of the College by providing service oriented, efficient, ethical, and respectful assistance, guidance and advocacy with regards to terms of employment, benefits, wage and salary administration, payroll, and employee relations while fostering a positive, productive and equitable work environment consistent with the mission and strategic goals of the College.

Rosemont College, founded in 1921, is a private liberal arts college located on Philadelphia's Main Line. Rosemont College is one college with three schools: the Undergraduate College, the School of Graduate Studies, and the School of Professional Studies.
